Our Dental Team

I was born and raised in Indiana and in 2017 my family moved to Cape Coral. I have been working in the dental field since 1997 and have continued my education in dentistry since. I earned my dental assisting and EFDA (expanded functions dental assistant) certificates from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001. I love being able to care for my patients, making a difference in their lives and helping them be proud of their smiles. I am the proud mother of two beautiful girls and a German Shepard. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, long walks with the dog, baking/cooking, swimming, hiking, going to the beach, kayaking, camping, watching movies. In my younger years, I was a state archery champion

Zuleika is a Florida native and has been in the dental field for a decade. She has been a part of the team since 2022 and she oversees billing, accounts receivable and social media. She loves being part of a great team, supporting our office and being a behind the scenes patient advocate for insurance and billing matters.

Diana was born in Puerto Rico and relocated to Florida in 2002. She has over 10 years of experience in the dental field and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing the outdoors, especially during beach days.

Angie has been on the team at Modern Dental Cape Coral since 2021, starting as a dental assistant and then evolving to front desk administration and insurance verification. She is also certified in phlebotomy. She enjoys going to the gym, trying new recipes and spending time with her cat, Luna.

Lorena was born in Colombia and is from a larger family of 7 siblings. She was a dental assistant in Colombia and has been the lead dental assistant and clinical coordinator at Modern Dental Cape Coral since 2021. She enjoys working with our team and taking quality care of our patients. She is certified in phlemotomy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson.

Yisel was born in Cuba from Spaniard descendants and raised in Miami, Fl. She graduated from high school & dental assisting school in 2007. She has over 17 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant and moved to Cape Coral FL area 2023 and has been on the team at Modern Dental Cape Coral since. She is also certified in phlebotomy. Yisel is happily married and a mother of three. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, signing at choir, enjoys animals and doing family Road trips.

Yeny is originally from Cuba and joined the team at Modern Dental Cape Coral this year. She studied dentistry in Cuba and has invaluable knowledge in the field. She is passionate about caring for our patient’s oral health and providing the best possible care. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and creating special memories.

Betty Ann is from southern Maryland and has been living in Florida for 25 years. She has been a dental assistant over 20 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids.
