Barbara Diaz, RDH is a dedicated Dental Hygienist with over 10 years of experience in the field. She earned her dental degree in 2012 from the University of Medical Science in Cuba. After moving to the U.S. in 2015, she worked as a Dental Assistant and gained valuable experience. In 2019, she became a FL-certified Dental Hygienist, obtained her local anesthesia certification, and has been practicing since. Barbara believes in providing gentle, compassionate care while staying up to date with the latest dental techniques and technology including. Barbara is also one of only a few Hygienists in the state of FL who can proficiently provide Perioscopy, highly effective minimally invasive advanced endoscopic treatment for periodontal (gum) disease. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4-year-old daughter, exploring nature, and trying new restaurants.
